Returns & Exchanges
At TentBox, we want you to love your new gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
